  • For the first month’s payment, you will need: the first month’s rent, last month’s rent, security deposit, cash, bank check, money order, or ACH c for payment, valid government ID, any housing assistance forms you may be using.

  • Yes. All after hours maintenance incurs a $40 base fee added to the next months rent. Lockouts are also considered after hours maintenance and will also incur a $40 fee.

  • If you have lost your key you must stop by the main office during business hours, Monday, Thursday, Friday 9am-4pm, and request a new key. A replacement key fee of $10 will be due at the time of replacement. If you need a lock there will be a fee of $75.

  • We accept: Visa (3% fee), Mastercard (3%) fee, ACH debit, cash, checks, and money orders. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. We accept Section 8, and many other government programs for 1st, last, and security deposits. For questions about specific programs please call our office.
